Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹500

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional charge of ₹20

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to check availability and shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to track your shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may be subject to confirmation before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that are not verified.
